The Sessions:

My sessions use a combination of a variety of techniques that are scientifically advanced to ensure you make progress towards your desired results. As your Personal Trainer, I will work with you to determine the best session combination to get your desired results, no matter what your previous exercise experience, fitness level, size, weight, I have helped many people just like you. And the best part, because I’m often working with people beginning their health and fitness journey, the sessions are geared to suit any and all fitness levels, whether you’re starting out, or looking for increased performance for your next event – or anywhere in between…..

Payment options


Monthly Recurring Payments:
Our preferred method of payment is monthly direct debit from your Visa/Mastercard on the 1st of each month. Your first month is charged pro-rata plus the $45 membership joining fee where applicable.

 

Fortnightly Payments:
Fortnightly direct debit from your Visa/Mastercard is also available with a small surcharge, and is deducted every second Thursday. Your first fortnight is charged pro-rata plus the $45 membership joining fee where applicable.

 

Additional Sessions:
We love to see you making the most of your membership, and welcome your attendance to sessions that exceed your level of membership. Additional sessions are charged at $15 per session and are capped at a total of 3 sessions charged each week.


Minimum Term:
In order to ensure you develop healthy lifestyle habits and begin to see results, our minimum commitment term is 3 months from joining date, however no long term contracts apply. We want you to come because you love it and get results, not because you are locked in. An early cancellation fee of $90 applies to memberships cancelled prior to 3 months from commencement date.
