Southern Summer Run Series # 4 at Hallett Cove

This week we're heading to Heron Way Hallett Cove to take on the boardwalk, hosted by SiL Hallett Cove!!

Step into Life takes on the Hallett Cove Boardwalk. Great coastal views and dolphin spotting!

Holdfast Bay Outdoor Adventure Challenge
Also Sunday 6th March - see the flier Below. Come along and say Hi. I'll also be looking for volunteers to help me cut up fruit, fill water cups and run the obstacle course..... look out - you're on my radar!!!!

Body Composition Scan: Smart Analysis
Recently I had a demo scan, kindly provided by Emma from Smart Analysis - see what you'll get in your report HERE - and I'll have a list on the table at training to express your interest in having a scan. Most likely on a Saturday morning after boxkick as she is in walking distance of Angus Neill.
