City-Bay Creeping Up:

Its great to see the progress our team of City-Bay champions are making. There's still time to register for the event if you're interested in doing the 6km or 12km distance on Sunday 18th Sept. Or if you're not running, it would be great for you to show your support by lining Jetty Rd Glenelg to cheer us all to the finish!!

True Grit Night Attack:

McLaren Vale Half Marathon

Sunday 9th October, and there's a selection of distances from 5km and up!! and October is the perfect time of year to make a morning of it in the Spring Sunshine, whether participating or cheering your mates on....... or even if just to visit some wineries on the way home!!
