Back by popular demand - commencing TONIGHT - we're be re-launching our stretchy, flexy, balance session with a slightly new flavour. For the whole month of October it will be included in ALL memberships at no extra charge. Wednesday's 6:30pm to run parallel with the H.I.I.T. Session!!!

Fitness Evaluations [DATE CHANGE]:

Saturday 15th October 7:00am at Angus Neill Reserve (before boxing)!! Find your level, and set your goals for the next 8 weeks!! Open to all - FREE for MEMBERS!!

 

Tuesday Resistance Changes:

Next Tuesday 11th October, the Resistance Session will start later at 7:15pm, at Marymount

 

3 ways to get more ENERGY in your day!!

It's all about the Green Veggies:

1. add some green to your breaky, i.e. steamed spinach with your eggs on toast

2. make a green smoothie

3. swap your snacks for a greenie!!
