Its a huge on coming this weekend as we slide into Summer.

• Friday night Christmas Party, 8:00pm at the Moseley, last minute tickets still available.

• Sunday Women on the Run - best wishes and good work ladies!!

• Xcelsports tri - still seeking a couple of volunteers

Sat 10th December (what's happening??) 

It seems there's some confusion - just confirming Train the Trainer is CANCELLED!, but the fun part - a few people have expressed interest in doing something SUPER FUN later in the day at either SA Basecamp or Bounce X-Park so I'll make some inquiries today and let you know via Facebook.

Fitness Evaluations: 17th Dec

Whether you did or didn't attend the one in October, 8 weeks will tick over on Sat 17th December, so that's exactly when the next one will be held. 7:00am before boxing. Use the Training Hub to book a spot!!
