Balance Sessions:

Some of you may not be aware Mary will be away for a couple of weeks so I'll be back taking the Balance sessions in the interim. I hope I measure up!! (big shoes - y'know...)

Website Re-Shuffle:

I've literally JUST FINISHED a little website re-shuffle so you may notice things are a little different next time you visit. My aim was to clean up the menu and make it both simpler for New Inquiries to find out what they're after, and also for Members to get access to all the stuff you need.

Moving in the "all things health & wellness" circle, I'll be at the Organic Corner Store Market in Glenelg North Fortnightly on Thursday's from 9:00am til 12:00pm - come along and say HI and grab a coffee! Monday Run:

BACK IN FULL SWING THE SUNSET: What a perfect night last week for our first run in the Sunset for the Season. Run (or walk-run) at your own pace along the beautiful Brighton Esplanade. The #MondayRun is FREE for Members (it doesn't count towards your session quota) and there's a discounted session price for non-members who purchase a 5 x pack.
