Body Composition Scan:

How do you know if your training is paying off? Measure far more than just your weight, and get a real insight into how your body is changing - or understand if it isn't so we can address it. Saturday 3rd Feb from 7:00am at Angus Neill - or other times by appointment

SuperSession Wrap: 

What a great crowd and a champion effort by all in 90 minutes of calorie burning fun :D (it was 'fun' right???) and great to see a few more people having a crack at the chin-up bar. Just wanted to say congrats to everyone who got stuck into it - and special mention to those who backed it up with boxing the following day too!!! Great job!!

Gold Coast Marathon:

We have the makings of a small group that are keen to head up to the Gold Coast for a Winter break to either watch or  participate in one of the events at the Gold Coast Marathon Festival. There's a 10km, a half (21.1km) and a full (42.2) to choose from - or just come along to cheer the group on.

The dates are 30th June-1st July, so set them aside and let me know if you're interested :D
