Clubworx Trial Update:

By now most of you will have received a handful of emails from the new Clubworx system that i am trialing.

If you haven't already, I'd love if you could all manage your bookings through the Clubworx system using the unique link and PIN I've emailed you - if you haven't received it, please let me know and I'll fire it up for you!!

I will still be running the ZenPlanner system to manage my business but will do this in the background. You will still receive automated payment and other emails from both systems for the next 2 weeks until the end of my trial and from then I will advise the outcome.

All is looking good however there are a couple of critical business features that I am waiting to see how Clubworx handles them before I can confidently make the switch - in the meantime, please have a go at booking your sessions and performing some workouts and let me know what you think :D

Fitness Evaluation:

Next one/s coming Thursday 10th and Saturday 12th May. I have adjusted the schedule to 12 weeks so the next one is AAGGGEESSSZ away. Make this a new start to measure and check your progress - this is an opportunity to identify where you want to improve and then make a time to chat with me to maker sure you get the results you're after. :D

True Grit Wrap:

WOW - What a weekend!!! For me personally it was an amazing journey - as I said to the crew after Sunday's event - I got to "Have my Cake AND eat it too" (don't worry, I'm sure I burnt it off....)

It was especially awesome to see the team smashing fears and barriers out there on course, building camaraderie and achieving great stuff!! While there were plenty of challenges, there was also plenty of "space" for us to take it at our own pace, stick together, and help each other out! The team are already talking about next year, so I'd encourage you to ask 'em what they thought and have a think about getting involved next year. There are plenty of options, whether you want to run, volunteer, or spectate - there's options to camp on site or if you prefer the creature comforts there's plenty of accommodation nearby. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates regarding next year!!

I was also super stoked with a top 12 finish (out of 42 elite starters) in my run on the Saturday. I got around the course in 1hr 18mins, about 12 minutes behind the first finished and seconds away from a top 10 spot!! Look out next year!!

Keep an eye out on my social media channels for the official (muddy) photos and maybe some spectacular videos as they come to hand......

Ninja Trailer - HEAD SHAVE:

I'm not sure what inspired it - possibly last weeks update, but Glenn Sanford has generously offered to donate $100 towards the project on the condition that I allow Colin to shave my head (yes I've been needing a hair cut for a while..) into a Mohawk and wear it proudly and uncovered for two weeks. I'm not sure what is planned as far as time and date (maybe I'll be ambushed :O ) but keep your eye on my social media to see more as and when it happens. We might even make an event out of it!!

And let me encourage you to continue to share the GoFundMe page (even if you have before) with a personal message to your networks.

⬇️And don't forget about these two events rapidly approaching!!⬇️

Stadium Stomp - JUST TWO WEEKS AWAY:

So if True Grit or a Fun-Run aren't your thing, maybe the Stadium Stomp is. There's a growing number of keen members who are getting along to this one - Sunday May 20th. Chat to me if you're interested and I'll connect you to the right people!!

Gold Coast Marathon:

We have the makings of a small group that are all booked and heading up to the Gold Coast for a Winter break to watch and/or participate in one of the events at the Gold Coast Marathon Festival. There's a 10km, a half (21.1km) and a full (42.2km) to choose from - or just come along to cheer the group on.

The dates are 30th June-1st July, so set them aside and let me know if you're interested :D
