Public Holiday SuperSession:

Did you know next Monday 11th June is a Public Holiday?? I didn't.... and just like finding a $20 you didn't know you had I was stoked to be informed at last night's resistance session. 

 

So let's Celebrate with a SuperSession!!! We'll do it 6:00pm (earlier than normal) at Angus Neill Reserve in Seacliff, and a combination of Cross-Training & Boxing, with the option to go for a run along the Espy for those so inclined!!

If you had already booked (or booked recurring) either of Monday's sessions, the booking will have disappeared as I create the SuperSession - so please don't forget to book if you're coming along!!! What a great way to finish off the Long Weekend!!!

 

Mohawk Update:

The Ridiculousness continues....

It's been awesome to see the momentum continue and our total from this little stunt (Pledged + Received) is now around $700, making the total campaign only a couple of hundred short of the $2K milestone.... so almost time for phase II (see below...)

 

PHASE II - For those that were at training when I stated the $1000 price tag - you would have heard Mary state that she would go PINK when the total campaign funds raised reached the $2000 - It would be AWESOME to see the celebration of the end of the 14 day challenge coincide with Mary going Pink. So please take the time to share the campaign (and the inspiration) around your social networks!!

So far - so good!! It's all been a pretty smooth transition altho' also getting a few people out of their technological comfort zones - so THANK YOU to you all for embracing the change.

What's With Tom??:

In case you missed previous weeks episodes - you might not know that Tom (your Wed night HIIT Trainer) has recently completed his degree in Exercise Physiology and over the last couple of months has found full-time work in the field after studying for the last few years.

 

As a result he is no longer in a position to maintain the commitment to his regular Wed night spot so will be moving on to focus on his role as an E.P.

 

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU'D LIKE TO SEE as far as little celebration as he departs:

1. Train-The-Tom,

2. Final SuperSession,

3. anything else???

Tom's final Session as your HIIT PT will be Wed July 4th, with a little shindig the following weekend, probably a Sunday arvo..

 

In the meantime, I'm looking to find someone to fill his shoes so please share the word around town and if you know anyone with flexible arrangements with a Cert IV in Fitness (or prepared to get one) then let me know!!!

Obstacle Hell:

Yet another obstacle course event is gracing our wonderful City.... 6th October 2018

 

OVER 40 OBSTACLES from Mild to Wild over 5km+ at the muddy, hilly, wet & wild Adelaide Motorsport Park. With Cargo Climbs, Mud Pits, Ring Swings, Foam Baths, Tunnel Crawls, Ice Baths, Barbed Wire Run, HUGE Inflatables & more. Untimed, No Pressure, Not a Race or Competition ... Its all about fun, fitness & getting a little dirty also! All fitness levels from 12+.

 

I'm always keen if it's gonna get people active - two is a group, so let me know and I'll be right with ya!! :o
