Tom's final HIIT-out is coming :O

Tonight's Balance Session:

Due to a function in the Gym tonight, and the absence of a suitable alternative venue, I will be running tonight's balance session in the "online space" that you can attend in the comfort of your own home.

 

If you are booked in for the session I will be providing a link by SMS to attend at around 7:00pm, so prepare your space, crank up the heater, and have your phone (or computer) handy and be ready for a great deep stretch.....

 

The Whole 30:

It's been great to see people jumping in with both feet to explore the Whole 30. There is a group planning a start on Sunday 1st July to make the 30 day journey of exploration.

 

If you're brave enough to join them here's what to do:

 - check out the Whole 30 Website and have a read, then DECIDE whether it's for you*

 - Follow the steps on the website to prepare

 - Keep your eye on our Social Facebook group as I will create and facilitate support through a closed Facebook group specific for those doing the Whole 30

 - Book in for a Body Composition scan to start

 - Be empowered and ready for change

 

What does it cost? - all fully optional...

 - buy the book through the website, but CHECK HERE first. you may not need the book

 - subscribe to the Meal Planning app is US$30/month

 - Body Composition Scan at start and finish, up to $19.00ea

 - Facebook support group is FREE!!!

 


*NB: You must decide if the program is right for you by reviewing the information on their website. If you have any nutritional questions, please direct them to the program organisers on the CONTACT or FAQ page of their website. The Whole 30 involves some radical changes and I recommend you seek professional advice before participating. The idea behind this challenge is that YOU be empowered and take control of your diet and lifestyle.

Tom's Dates:

In case you missed previous weeks episodes - you might not know that Tom (your Wed night HIIT Trainer) has recently completed his degree in Exercise Physiology and over the last couple of months has found full-time work in the field after studying for the last few years.

 

As a result he is no longer in a position to maintain the commitment to his regular Wed night spot so will be moving on to focus on his role as an E.P.

 

So here's the plan to give him a bit of a send-off! Mark the dates in your diary and stay tuned for Facebook events with all the details:

 

Wed 4th July: Tom's final HIIT session, and possibly the last game of "non-contact" netball ever...

Sat 7th July: Tom will be in attendance at the 8:00am boxing session for some "Train-The-Tom" (let me know if you need a 1km circuit marked out)

Sat 7th July: 3:00pm - 6:00pm, Social Drinks at a local watering hole and final goodbye's

 

Add your name to the Facebook events, and feel free to invite anyone know that has trained with Tom over the years - all welcome :D

 

In the meantime, I'm looking to find someone to fill his shoes so please share the word around town and if you know anyone with flexible arrangements with a Cert IV in Fitness (or prepared to get one) then let me know!!! 

 

Body Composition Scan:

DATE CHANGE: To conincide with those starting the Whole 30 is Sat 30th June from 7:00am (or other times by appointment), bookings are open - put your name on the list at training :D

 - Non Members $19.00

 - Members $14.00

 - Unlimited Members $9.00

BioHacking Discussion:

I've mentioned recently that bio-hacking has become a bit of an interest of mine recently and my learning curve about all things body/mind/nutrition/health/spirit has been amazing.

 

I can't wait to share what I've learned in an open discussion with interested persons, so check the Facebook group and provide some feedback on the best format/time that suits. I'd love to reach as many as possible and looking for the most popular time/delivery method.

Awards & Milestones:

I'm now partnering with local businesses to provide small rewards with each Session Milestone you reach.
